Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair scheduling and the smooth running of the salon, the following cancellation policy applies to all massage package bookings: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment within your massage package. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will result in that session being deducted from your package and counted as used. As a sole practitioner in a rural location, short-notice cancellations are difficult to rebook. Your understanding supports the sustainability of the service and allows other clients the opportunity to book in.
