Returns made simple. 

Return Policy for Cosmetic Items

​

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic items cannot be returned or exchanged.
     

2. Timeframe

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (or purchase date for in-store sales).

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
     

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for return.
     

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
     

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
     

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
     

7. How to Request a Return

  • Contact our customer support at Info@country-beauty.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
