Return Policy for Cosmetic Items

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic items cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Timeframe

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (or purchase date for in-store sales).

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.

Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for return.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
5. Refunds & Processing

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
7. How to Request a Return
