BEAUTY MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Beauty Membership Programme provided by Country Beauty, a business registered in the United Kingdom. By signing up to the Membership, you (“the Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Overview

1.1 The Membership entitles the Member to monthly facial treatments / exclusive discounts at Country Beauty.
1.2 The Membership is valid for a fixed term of 12 months from the date of enrolment.

2. Fixed Term & No-Cancellation Policy

2.1 This Membership is a minimum 12-month fixed-term contract.
2.2 Once the Membership has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled, terminated, or refunded during the 12-month period, except where required by UK law.
2.3 No early exit, cooling-off extension, pausing, or partial refund is available after the initial statutory 14-day cooling-off period (if purchased online or off-premises).
2.4 Failure to use the services does not release the Member from payment obligations.

3. Cooling-Off Rights

3.1 If the Membership is purchased online, over the phone, or off premises, the Member may cancel within 14 days of the purchase date under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3.2 If the Member has already begun using services during the cooling-off period, charges will apply for services already received.
3.3 After the 14-day cooling-off period ends, the Membership becomes non-cancellable for the remainder of the 12-month term.

4. Payments

4.1 Membership fees are payable monthly by the card registered on file at the time of purchasing. 
4.2 All payments are non-refundable once taken.
4.3 If a payment is missed, the Member must update payment details promptly. Benefits may be suspended until payment is received.

5. Appointments & Usage

5.1 Treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
5.2 A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments.
5.3 Missed or late-cancelled appointments will result in the treatment being forfeited for that month.

6. Rollover of Treatments

Unused monthly treatments do not roll over.

7. Non-Transferability

7.1 Memberships are personal to the Member and cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared. (Memberships can be gifted)

8. Changes to Services

8.1 We may update or amend the services or treatments included in the Membership where necessary.
8.2 Any amendments will not affect the fixed-term or no-cancellation rules.

9. Member Responsibilities

9.1 The Member must follow all salon guidelines, health and safety advice, and aftercare instructions.
9.2 The Member must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or skin concerns before treatment.

10. Liability

10.1 We will not be liable for adverse reactions where the Member has failed to follow pre-treatment or aftercare instructions or failed to disclose relevant medical information.
10.2 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other matter which cannot be limited under UK law.

11. Termination by the Business

11.1 We may terminate a Membership immediately if the Member breaches these Terms, behaves inappropriately towards staff or other clients, or misuses Membership benefits.
11.2 No refunds will be given in cases of termination due to breach of Terms.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

13. Agreement

By signing up to the Membership, the Member confirms that they:

Have read and understood these Terms;

Acknowledge that this is a 12-month fixed contract;

Understand that, after the 14-day statutory cooling-off period (if applicable), the Membership cannot be cancelled;

Authorise recurring payments for the full Membership term.

A copy of the terms and conditions is to be signed and kept on file.
