Service Description
A facial waxing treatment to remove unwanted hair from the upper lip and chin while tidying and shaping the brows, leaving the skin feeling smooth and beautifully groomed. Please note: Waxing may not be suitable if you are currently using retinol, retinoids, prescription-strength vitamin A products or other strong exfoliating skincare on these areas, as they can make the skin more sensitive and increase the risk of skin lifting. Please stop using topical retinol on the areas for at least 5–7 days before your appointment, or contact Nicola before booking if you’re unsure.
Cancellation Policy
For the best results, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks of hair growth before your waxing appointment. Skin must be healthy and free from cuts, irritation, sunburn or active skin conditions in the area being treated. Certain medications and skincare products — particularly retinoids and other products that increase skin sensitivity — may mean waxing cannot be carried out safely. Please let me know before your appointment about any medication, skincare, allergies, skin conditions or recent treatments that may affect your suitability for waxing. If you are unsure whether waxing is suitable for you, please contact me before your appointment. For your safety, treatment may be adapted, postponed or declined if the skin is not suitable for waxing on the day. Country Beauty's standard Booking Policy also applies to all waxing appointments.
