To help ensure your visit is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to read the information below before your appointment.
Your Appointment
Your appointment time is your arrival time. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and ring the doorbell located to the right of the front door.
As Country Beauty operates by appointment only, I’m unable to accommodate early arrivals. Please ensure your consultation form has been completed before you arrive.
Age Requirement
All treatments and appointments are available to clients aged 18 and over only.
If You Are Running Late
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. To keep the day running smoothly for all clients, your treatment may need to be shortened if you arrive after your scheduled appointment time. Full charges will still apply.
Consultation & Health Information
All new clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to treatment. This allows treatments to be carried out safely and tailored to your individual needs.
If anything has changed since your last visit, including your health, medication or medical history, please let me know before your appointment.
Appointment Changes & Cancellations
As a private, appointment-only salon, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. If you need to cancel, reschedule or make any changes to your booking, please provide as much notice as possible.
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations, rescheduling requests and appointment changes.
• Changes made within 48 hours, including reducing or removing part of a treatment, will be charged in full.
• No-shows will be charged in full.
• Repeated appointment changes may require a new booking and payment to secure future appointments.

A Private Setting
Country Beauty has been created as a quiet, one-to-one space where you can relax and enjoy a little time for yourself.
To help maintain this environment:
• Children and additional guests cannot be accommodated unless arranged in advance.
• Walk-in appointments are not available.
These arrangements help ensure every appointment remains calm, uninterrupted and thoughtfully prepared.

Seasonal Information
December Appointments & Winter Weather Policy
December is an exceptionally busy time at Country Beauty and appointment availability is very limited. Please check your booking confirmation carefully and let me know as soon as possible if anything needs to be changed.
December cancellations & changes
All December appointments are subject to Country Beauty’s usual 48-hour cancellation policy.
Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are charged in full.
As December appointments can be extremely difficult to refill at short notice, please make any changes as early as possible. I will always try to help where I can, but I cannot guarantee that another appointment will be available during December.
Winter weather — December to February
Country Beauty is in a rural location and I appreciate that snow or severe winter weather can occasionally make travelling unsafe.
If severe weather genuinely makes it unsafe for you to travel, please contact me as soon as possible.
Your appointment payment will not be refunded. Instead, the full amount paid will remain against your booking and your appointment can be transferred once to another available date without an additional charge.
A genuine weather-related transfer will not count as your usual permitted reschedule.
Normal winter conditions such as cold weather, frost or rain do not automatically qualify for a weather transfer. The policy is intended for circumstances where snow, ice or other severe conditions make travelling genuinely unsafe.
If Country Beauty has to close because weather or local travel conditions make it unsafe to open, your full payment will automatically be transferred to a new appointment.
Winter weather appointments are transferred rather than refunded.
