Everything you need to know for a calm, seamless appointment.

Appointment Time

Your appointment time is your arrival time.Please arrive at your scheduled time and ring the doorbell located to the right of the front door. As I prepare carefully for each client, early arrivals cannot be accommodated.This allows every appointment to begin calmly and on time.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late all of my treatments are carefully timed to protect the experience of every client. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be adjusted to avoid impacting the next appointment.

Full charges still apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments

As a private, appointment-only salon, each booking reserves dedicated time exclusively for you. Notice is required if you need to cancel or amend your appointment.

• 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or change of appointment.
• Rescheduling within 48 hours will be treated as a late cancellation.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits may be transferred once with appropriate notice.
• Further changes will require a new deposit to secure the rescheduled appointment.
• No-shows are charged at 100%.

Repeated rescheduling may result in future appointments requiring full prepayment at the time of booking.

These guidelines protect the time carefully prepared for you and ensure fairness to all clients.

Consultation & Health Consultations

All new clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to treatment. This ensures treatments are safe, suitable, and tailored to you.Please advise of any medical changes before your appointment.

A Private Setting

Country Beauty operates as a private, one-to-one space.
For this reason:
• Children and additional guests cannot be accommodated unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Walk-ins are not available

These guidelines allow every client to enjoy a calm, uninterrupted and carefully prepared experience.
