This service must be booked at least 48hrs prior to any tinting services at the salon.
Cancellation Policy
Patch Test Requirement For your safety, a mandatory patch test must be completed at least 48 hours prior to any tinting treatments, including lash and brow tinting. Clients who arrive without a valid patch test on file will not be treated, and the full treatment fee will still apply. This applies to the appointment itself rather than the reason and is consistently enforced across all clients. Cancellations & No-Shows As a sole trader operating a private, appointment-only salon in a rural setting, each booking is reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the full treatment fee being charged. This applies to the appointment itself rather than the reason for cancellation and is consistently enforced across all clients. If I am able to refill your appointment time, a refund may be issued minus an administrative fee. Outstanding balances must be settled before future bookings can be made.
