Service Description
Gel Polish Soak-Off (Salon Applications Only) A gentle removal of gel polish that was originally applied in the salon during a previous appointment. Nails are carefully filed and soaked using professional products to avoid damage, followed by a nourishing nail and cuticle treatment to leave them clean, healthy, and ready for their next look. Please note: This service is only available for gel applied by me, to ensure safe and effective removal.
Cancellation Policy
Before Your Visit To ensure the best results and allow sufficient time for your appointment, please take a moment to read the following before booking. Gel Removal If you currently have gel applied, this must be booked alongside your service. Without sufficient time allocated, I may be unable to carry out your treatment. Gel removal is available for products applied within the salon only. If applied elsewhere, this must be professionally removed prior to your appointment. Appointment Timing Appointment times are carefully allocated to allow for preparation and to ensure each treatment is carried out with care and attention. Your appointment time is your arrival time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time. Booking Considerations Please ensure the correct services are selected when booking. If you are unsure, you are very welcome to get in touch prior to your appointment for guidance. On-the-day changes cannot be accommodated unless they increase both treatment time and value, and only where availability allows. Cancellations & No-Shows As a sole trader operating a private, appointment-only salon in a rural setting, each booking is reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the full treatment fee being charged. This applies to the appointment itself rather than the reason for cancellation and is consistently enforced across all clients. If I am able to refill your appointment time, a refund may be issued minus an administrative fee. Outstanding balances must be settled before future bookings can be made.
