Cancellation Policy
For the best results, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks of hair growth before your waxing appointment. Skin must be healthy and free from cuts, irritation, sunburn or active skin conditions in the area being treated. Certain medications and skincare products — particularly retinoids and other products that increase skin sensitivity — may mean waxing cannot be carried out safely. Please let me know before your appointment about any medication, skincare, allergies, skin conditions or recent treatments that may affect your suitability for waxing. If you are unsure whether waxing is suitable for you, please contact me before your appointment. For your safety, treatment may be adapted, postponed or declined if the skin is not suitable for waxing on the day. Country Beauty's standard Booking Policy also applies to all waxing appointments.
